Charlene Drake  finds smart solutions that meet business goals. Over her 15-year-plus career, Charlene has developed a reputation as a solid and dynamic licensed environmental consultantant and manager. She draws on an array of tools and practices from the management of hundreds of broad-ranging projects to help clients create solutions that produce results. Charlene is committed to quality data collection and owns the leadership qualities and vision to promote solutions to business challenges. She believes that with leadership and education, people will make decisions for a more sustainable future.

Prior to founding lillyroc, Charlene served as Director of Operations at REPSG in Philadelphia where she worked across many industries as an environmental consultant and construction manager, specializing in environmental site remediation and waste management/minimization. Her experience included hands-on work in site sample collection, safety monitoring during construction and cleaning up hazardous spills. Charlene holds licenses in storage tank management, wastewater treatment, and is a NJ licensed site professional under the interim rules. She has extensive Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and background/security clearances.

Jennifer Mapp  combines business acumen with environmental awareness to provide clean solutions that help companies thrive. As a free thinker who understands the rules of finance and accounting, Jen challenges business preconceptions and develops new strategies.

Prior to joining lillyroc, Jen worked in operations support at an environmental remediation company where she became expert in project accounting, project life-cycle cost estimating and budget planning and development. While working full-time, Jen achieved a Masters in Business Administration from St. Joseph’s University with an emphasis in finance. Throughout her coursework and through her professional career, Jen has made connections and raised awareness about how environmentally conscious decisions are business friendly. Jen is an active member of University of Pennylvania, Philadelphia Professionals chapter of NetImpact, a network of business leaders who are changing the world through business.
